After his Scottish Cup final heroics for Celtic last night to secure the Quadruple Treble, Conor Hazard has received a class message from FIFA.

At the start of the season, Conor Hazard would have been extremely lucky to have made a few appearances for Celtic. After all, the club had gone out and spent £4.5 million to bring Vasilis Barkas to Parkhead from AEK Athens.

That move has not quite worked out the way that the Greek international would have expected though. He has failed to establish himself as a commanding figure between the posts for the Hoops. As a result, he finds himself out of the first-team picture for the time being and needs to improve drastically.

On the other hand, Scott Bain has never looked like someone who can nail down a spot in the Celtic team. Yes, he has made a couple of penalty saves already this season but goals continued to leak in when he was playing in place of Barkas.

As a result, Neil Lennon was almost forced to give Hazard an opportunity and he grabbed it with both hands. He was the hero in the Scottish Cup final after making a couple of penalty saves in the shootout last night. And he has received a message from FIFA for his heroics on Twitter
